Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your package.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
Damaged Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods to report the issue.
- Upon receiving the notification, we will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include issuing a credit or a replacement item.
Non-refundable Situations
- Unfortunately, if the damaged item is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund for that product.
- Products that are not in their original condition, have been used, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a return.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged during transit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
